My family and I did the Iceland express tour adding an extra 3 nights. Nordic was more than happy to customise it for us, we added some fantastic extra tours. Communications from our 1st contact was fantastic. Only disappointed was our into the glacier tour was cancelled due to bad weather, but we were provided with a full refund. Only improvement, would be to provide an alternate option to using the ferry only as the weather was bad and 2 of our party got sea sick, so the rest of the days plans were cancelled. Extra's we added before were the flyover Iceland, glacier walk, Myvatn nature baths, small group city walk, the lava tunnel tour, I highly recommend if possible. I would highly recommend Nordic visitor, from start to finish amazing.

Nordic Visitor did a great job finding hotels and activities all around Iceland for our 10-day Ring Tour.

We had a wonderful trip, there was such beauty and diversity around every turn. We felt very prepared for our trip, our consultant answered all our questions promptly. The transport was on time and professional, all accommodations were modern, clean and welcoming. The Zodiac boat glacier tour was the best, we loved every moment. We also had the flexibility of adding our own activities and visiting sights along the way, or taking diversions and exploring areas. The wi-fi in the car was priceless, we never got lost, but what we really liked was the giant map of Iceland and having everything marked out just for us. So personal and it gave us a good perspective of what the day would hold for us.

Our personal consultant was great! He took care of everything that we asked for and always kept us updated.

Gabriela was a great travel consultant—a local who was knowledgeable of the areas we wanted to visit. Our trip was a success from the moment we arrived. We were met at the airport by pre-arranged transportation and given a personalized travel guide and itinerary. Those two documents gave us all the information needed to get the most out of our trip. The tips in the travel guide were most helpful.

Nordic Visitor was simply awesome. Website ease of access and information, assignment of a personal consultant who was thorough, helpful, who provided rapid follow-up and went above the call of duty to extend the most attentive customer service. Transportation (a Mercedes mini-van), hotels, meals, activities were first class. The travel guide was impressively well-informed, efficient, and in touch with the needs of the goup. A key feature in my view is the fact that Nordic Visitor keeps its group size to a maximum of 15, and does not cancel if lower. I strongly recommend travelling with Nordic Vision. 

Nordic Visitor did an excellent job choosing our hotels and providing a wide choice of activities. Their focus on safety via both targeted emails about weather conditions and links to the excellent Icelandic traffic site helped ensure a safe and secure trip. Airport pickups and return were right on time and all the documentation we needed was provided on arrival. Their recommendations for restaurants across Iceland were also appreciated as we tried more than a few of them. We were especially impressed at each hotel upon arrival when all we had to do was give our names and we were promptly provided with room keys. The 4 or 5 activities we chose went off without a hitch and were enjoyed by everyone. It all added up to a trip of a lifetime.
